Logging in

If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for 14 days. If you sign out of your account, the sign in cookies will be deleted.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie is only to indicate the post ID of the blog post you just edited. It is removed after 1 day.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow up comments automatically instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

For anyone who registers on our site, we keep the personal data they give us in their user profile.

All users can see, edit, or erase their personal information at any time (username may not be modified).
